Meg Chamberlin is a dynamic global leader in K-12 educational transformation and restorative practices. Meg’s innovative, collaborative, and impactful approach has been influenced by 20 years experience teaching and leading in public and private schools across five continents. As Principal, Meg has successfully implemented restorative practice in various environments and has trained hundreds of educators at conferences around the globe, supporting educators in creating long-lasting and positive community norms. Meg firmly believes in the power of connection and inclusivity, dedicating her career to creating environments where every voice is not just heard but valued.

After years of leading global programs for students, Meg became interested in action research around ethical community engagement in international service learning. This led her to pursue an MA in Human Security and Peacebuilding from Royal Roads University and was the beginning of her journey in educational leadership. Meg’s expertise in restorative practices promotes healing and understanding, fostering a culture of empathy and support within diverse educational settings. By facilitating open dialogues and effective conflict resolution strategies, she helps schools to build empowering systems which reinforce accountability, peacebuilding, and collective efficacy.

Meg has led K-12 schools across multiple curricula, with an in-depth focus on the International Baccalaureate, British, and British Columbia (Canada) curricula. For the past decade, Meg has built workshops and trainings for educators on the fundamentals of restorative practice, global citizenship, and community engagement programming, having most recently presented at the International Baccalaureate Global Conference in Singapore, March 2025. Having worked and traveled in over fifty countries, Meg brings a compassionate cultural lens to every context. She strives to listen closely to the voices of each community, embracing diverse perspectives, and adapting strategies to meet the unique needs of the communities she serves.
